ABOUT
I was born and raised in Paia, right behind the Paia Community Center. I attended Paia School and graduated from King Kekaulike High School in 2004.
Today, I am married to my best friend, William "Koa" Hodgins, a firefighter for Maui County. I'm a mother of four and love my downtime at home with my family. My children, Makoa, Micah, Mia and Ehukai are my world. I chose to run for County Council to ensure I leave behind a Maui that my children will love.
I started my career working in accounting for local CPA, Barbara Querry before becoming involved in the construction industry, specifically focused on the permitting process. Currently, I am the Permit Expediter and Advisor at F&W Land LLC.
Outside of work I enjoy the water. I'm a longtime Hawaiian Canoe Club member and love being able to paddle with my family. I am passionate about storytelling through the arts and serve on the board for the Maui Public Art Corps, a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting people, place and story through the development of public art.
